Accessibility at POPPED

Last updated: August 8, 2026

POPPED is for everyone, and that includes people with disabilities. We’re committed to making the app usable with assistive technology, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build — not a one-time box to tick.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, motor, cognitive, and auditory.

What we’ve built in

Where we’re still working

Accessibility is never “done.” Some areas — particularly the live video Pop Rooms and third-party components (such as our sign-in and video providers) — are still being reviewed and improved, and we have not yet completed an independent audit or formal assistive-technology testing across every screen. If you hit a barrier, please tell us — real reports help us prioritize.

Tell us about a barrier

If you have trouble using any part of POPPED, or you need something in a different format, email accessibility@poppeddating.com. Please include the page or feature, what happened, and the device, browser, and assistive technology you were using. We’ll acknowledge your message and work with you on a fix or an alternative.

This statement reflects our current efforts and will be updated as our accessibility work continues.
