Cookie Policy — POPPED™

POPPED uses cookies and similar technologies (like local storage) to keep you signed in, keep the service secure, and make it work. This policy explains what we use and your choices.

What we use

Strictly necessary

Authentication & session — keep you securely signed in (set by our login provider).
Security & anti-abuse — protect against fraud, bots, and abuse.

These are required for POPPED to function and cannot be switched off within the app.

Functional

Remember preferences and in-app acknowledgments (such as notices you have already read or dismissed), using your browser’s local storage.

Analytics & advertising

No analytics cookies or third-party trackers. POPPED counts a few product events on its own servers (see the Privacy Policy, section 6). It uses no cookie for this — only a random, per-day id in your browser tab’s session storage that disappears when you close the tab — and records nothing if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. We set no advertising cookies, do not use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not sell your information.

Third parties

Some cookies are set by service providers we use to operate POPPED — for example our authentication, payments, and hosting providers. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies.

We also load our icon font from Google Fonts. That request shares your IP address and browser details with Google but sets no cookies; see our Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break sign-in and core features.
Where required by law, we will ask for your consent to non-essential cookies and honor your choices.
